Kidasi Village used to be a mix village of Turkish Cypriots and Greek Cypriots and is located in the Paphos District of Cyprus in the beautiful valley of the Diarizos River. Kidasi is situated six kilometres north west of Agios Georgios and six kilometres south east of Kedares.
There is small traditional family run tavern in the village called the Oasis Tavern which offers traditional Cypriot food.
Close to the village of Kidasi you will find the famous Rock of Chasampoulion ideal for climbing or having a picnic.

Rock of Chasampoulion close to Kidasi Village According to the tradition “Chasampoulia” a gang of tree brothers used to hide in the narrow pass robbing or killing passers by. The three brothers Chasanis, Mehmetis and Hussein, were well known criminals in the area and are said to have committed many robberies, rapes and murders in their time. The gang was exterminated at the end of the 19th century bringing peace to the villages of the area.
